Bookbinding
I’ve always loved books - whether that’s a childhood with my nose buried in a good novel, or as an adult filling sketchbooks with scribbles and drawings.
In 2007 I attended a bookbinding course in Montefiascone, Italy, to make a replica of the Cambridge Terrier, a medieval girdle book. After a long pause of many years, I came back to bookbinding via making leather notebooks and in 2024 started making my own sketchbooks and other bindings again.
